From Unboxing to First Cycle

The Violet AI Quick Start Guide takes a new operator from unboxing to a first disinfection cycle in six steps: charge, prep the room, power on, connect the app, run a cycle, and power down. I illustrated every step, the robot, and the room-prep checklist, and designed the guide around the safety reminders that matter most, with QR codes to the Violet Training Portal app and further training.

I developed the guide with Haystack’s product specialists, compliance, and facility training teams, so the instructions are accurate, meet safety requirements, and work for the people who use them on site.
